How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page if you wish to submit a return authorization once your order has been received. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

How can I pay for my order?

Yuutsu Studios currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, OZOW, AirtelTigo Money, EFT, and SnapScan.

PayPal & Zapper coming soon.

Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

Can I change the shipping address for my order

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email us with your order number and the updated address, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list!

If you change your mind later, you can still subscribe to our newsletters by signing up on our website or contacting our Customer Care Team! :)

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed you should receive an order confirmation email/sms within 20-30 minutes. You will then receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

When will my order ship?

Typically orders ship within 1-3 business days.
